On the ground floor, the living and dining room is elegantly appointed and features a television with DVD player, opening directly onto a partly roofed terrace of 30 m2 with a south-west facing position and beautiful views of the sea and the countryside. The open kitchen is fitted with a bar and fully equipped for comfortable stays. On the same level, 2 bedrooms each feature 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and share a shower room with WC. On the upper floor, a third bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a private shower room with WC, and direct access to a 6 m2 south-west facing balcony with equally stunning views of the sea and surrounding countryside.

The house is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Senseo capsules, which are available as an extra.
