The precious pearl of this rental villa is undoubtedly the curvilinear swimming pool ( 54 mq) with electrolysis pool system with cobalt-colored waters that recall the vivid and intense color of the sea. Surrounding the pool there are 2 areas of total relaxation; the first is a small gazebo with a solarium, the second is a relaxation area with comfortable sofas and tables.

Villa Cicadis is a rental villa with a swimming pool in the heart of the Provence, a few minutes from the fairy-tale village of Grimaud and the beaches of Saint-Tropez.
In Villa Cicadis the bright blue of the sea and the bright green of the countryside meet.
The villa consists of 5 double bedrooms, 5 ensuite bathrooms, a refined equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room and a living room.
The interior decoration combines simplicity and elegance, using noble and authentic materials such as solid oak, chestnut or white waxed concrete that make the environment warm and welcoming.
The light and natural tones make the atmosphere pleasant and peaceful.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are organized in such a way as to be open to outdoor living spaces.
The five bedrooms each have their own private bathroom, wardrobe and are furnished in the same spirit as the common rooms, with warm and woody tones.
One room of the 5 rooms has two large windows that overlook the garden and allow natural light to enter making this room very bright.
One of the 5 bedrooms is located on a mezzanine connected to the living room by a wooden staircase.
All double bedrooms are characterized by neutral colours and a typically boho-chic style with large windows, and 1 bedroom, in particular, is decorated with a soft pink that also accompanies the furniture of the ensuite bathroom whose titles are the same colour-coordinated with the room.

Should the client for any reason cancel the booking, the following cancellation charges will apply.
A cancellation charge will apply:
- from the time of the booking to 46 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price.
- from 45 days prior to arrival 100% of the rental price.
For any amendment requested in addition to the original booking, assuming that the property and the rental period remain the same, the client must pay an administration fee of €25.00.
If the client asks to modify the rental period or property and a new booking has to be created the cancellation policy above will apply.
Should the client re-book a different villa or date, it may be possible to transfer this amount to the new booking.
The client will be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the cancellation of the booking.
Note: - If the reason for the client's cancellation is covered under the terms of the client's insurance policy, the client may be able to reclaim these charges.
***This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
- Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 4pm.
The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.
- All travellers benefit with 6% Agency Fees payment the Allianz TRAVEL EASY policy to cover cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance and lost/damaged baggage and the RARO CARE Service to cover any accidents to the property.
With RARO CARE Service you will be covered for any damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00

Restbeløbet forfalder 45 dage før ankomst.
Hvad angår last-minute bookinger (indenfor 45 dage før ankomst) skal hele lejebeløbet betales ved bookingen, medmindre der står noget andet i de reservationspolitikker.
Ved annullering af en reservation, undtagen hvis der står andet i de reservationspolitikker, og selv hvis den bliver erstattet af en anden reservation, skal følgende sanktioner betales:
- den procentdel af det totale lejebeløb, som er indbetalt som depositum på bookingtidspunktet, hvis afbestillingen foretages mellem bookingtidspunktet og 46 dage før starten af lejeperioden;
- 100% af den samlede lejepris, hvis aflysningen sker fra 45 dage til ankomstdagen eller i tilfælde af udeblivelse.
