We really liked this apartment for our family of four. The best feature is obviously the huge terrace with amazing views, but we also enjoyed having 2 bathrooms and a washing machine. There is also a very nice walking path and stairway to the street below (although it could be a bit strenuous for some - equivalent to climbing 11 flights of stairs). There are some very nice beaches you can walk to, and the water is so blue and beautiful (the beach itself is all small rocks, so we preferred paying for the private beach and having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, food & drinks, restrooms, etc.) The city of Nice itself presented some terrific views and some really good restaurants, but it was also somewhat congested and dirty. To me, the views from the apartment and the beaches were worth it. Great apartment for seeing Nice.
