With its location close to the beaches it's perfect for water sport like kyte surfing or sailing. But there are also many other great opportunities for field trips in Provence, like Gorges des Verdons or Calanques, which are very close. Or you can spend a wonderful and funny day with the family at the waterpark Aqualand in Frejus.
Distances: The villa is only 400 m from the sandy beach and it's only 400-500 meter from shops and restaurants in St Aygulf, which is a perfectly situated village on the French coast line between Frejus and Saint Maxime. The distance to Frejus is 7 km and there is a busstop just 300 meters from the villa. To Nice Airport it's 65 km, to Marseille: 153 km, to St. Maxime: 15 km, to Cannes: 50 km and to Gorges du Verdon: 90 km.

The first floor also have a small room for luggage or other things. At the end of the living room a stair goes one level down to the ground floor
Ground floor::1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with toilet, 1 double bedroom (the bed can be separated in 2 single beds), 1 twin bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. All three rooms has access directly to the terrace.

Nice property in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent quality. New and fresh bed linnen and towels. The description was correct. All four bedrooms were excellent. The villa was very well cleaned prior to Our arrival. Very Nice Kitchen area With dishwasher, fridge micro wave and freezer. Dining area was good. The bathrooms were also excellent. Many restaurants within walking distance. Beach also within walking distance.The owner Mr. Tareb was very helpful when a major problem with the sewer occured. Excellent location and easy to Reach. Very nice pool with different Depths whcich made it suitable for the youngest guest of six years. The area nearby was quiet and nice.I would very much recommend this property to a friend and have already showed to som of my collegues.
