This apartment is located in a quiet estate with local French residents. The large corner terrace offers stunning views on the sea and the Esterel Mountains. The apartment has everything you need to have a good holiday and is extremely well situated - close to the sand beach, harbor, the market, restaurants, small shops, super market, bus and train.
This apartment has private parking and air conditioning, which is a great advantage when going on holiday on the Cote D'Azur. The village La Napoule is a part of the community of Mandelieu La Napoule, but has it's own cozy life.
If you want to go skiing in winter and also want to enjoy the sun and the view on the Mediterranean Sea, then why not book this apartment and take day trips to the ski resorts Isola 2000 or Auron. They are only 2 hours drive from here.
As the terrace faces a road you can expect some noise from the traffic on the terrace and if you have open windows.

1rst floor: Entrance, living room with dining area, TV and VCR, sofa area with single sofa bed and acces to a corner terrace. Well equipped kitchen also with access to the terrace. 1 double bed room with air conditioning, 1 bedroom with bunk beds for 3 persons (lower level 140 cm, upper level 90 cm) with air conditioning. 1 bathroom with bathtub (a shower in the bathtub) and a sink. 1 separate toilet.
Private outside area: Private parking and furnished corner terrace.
