Well located and beautifully decorated apartment with 1 bedroom for 4 people in the center of Cannes on the French Riviera. This apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with intercom and elevator and has fine views of beautiful blooming gardens with palm trees and over the city's rooftops. It has both air conditioning and a large south-facing balcony. The neighborhood is quiet, in an area with less tourism, yet less than 10 minutes by foot from the beach and the festival building. This makes it ideal for both holidays and conferences.
The kitchen has a dining area which makes it possible to close the door to the living room and use this as a bedroom if the apartment is to be used by 2 people on a working visit.
Distances: Cannes is a cozy and charming town on the southern coast of France, who is best known for the film festival where the Golden Palms are awarded. But this city has much more to offer. There are lots of charming restaurants, cafés and many shops. The delicious vegetable market on the Place Forville is certainly worth a visit. Additionally there are many beaches for swimmers and sunlovers, as well as different water sports. The city is a good starting point for visiting the many coastal towns, as well as trips within the country where the beautiful Provençal scenery can be enjoyed. The southern French Alps can even be reached on one-day trips, if you are into skiing.
The apartment is located in Mimont / Place Maria / St Nicolas district and is close to both shops, cafes and restaurants. The train station is at 2 minutes by foot.
