Wonderful 1 bedroom apartment for rent a short walk from the festival building, the beaches and from the center of Cannes in France.
The apartment can sleep 4 persons and is convenient both for business trips and for tourists. It's located on 4th floor of a secured building on Place Commandant Maria with a furnished balcony facing the square where you can sit and enjoy the view on local life with the hills in the background. The other furnished terrace is facing south with a view on the rooftops.
The apartment is practical and has a beautiful decoration.
Distances: It's perfectly located for congress-visit and also for a city-vacation. The distance to the festival building and the beach is only 7 minutes by foot. We are really just in the center of Cannes, with all the restaurants, cafés and shops. The distance to Nice airport: is 25 km, to Nice center: 30 km, to Marseille: 180 km, to Gorges du Verdon: 90 km, to St. Tropez: 85 km and to Aix en Provence it's 150 km.
At guests disposal: Internet, lift and washing machine.
