Godt 3 /5The apartment is perfectly located. Nice stroll to the beach and centre of Nice, yet located in a quieter part of Nice. The apartment is nicely decorated, modern, and typically French.
Only a few small issues for me. The owner of the apartment had left a number of personal items in cupboards and closets, not an issue in itself but did make me nervous incase any subsequent claims of damage / loss were made against me.
Second issue for me was the noise of nearby construction work, which appears to be a significant project and so likely to affect other rentals in 2016. Loud drilling and other noises begun at 7.30am on weekdays which was quite annoying for me.
Without this construction work the rental would have been ideal, however, feel that as a courtesy this should have been notified.Vil du anbefale denne ejendom til en ven? Ja
