Great authentic apartment in a beautiful area - the whole family loves this occasion, where we have spent many holidays. We come back!

The apartment is perfectly located. Nice stroll to the beach and centre of Nice, yet located in a quieter part of Nice. The apartment is nicely decorated, modern, and typically French.
Only a few small issues for me. The owner of the apartment had left a number of personal items in cupboards and closets, not an issue in itself but did make me nervous incase any subsequent claims of damage / loss were made against me.
Second issue for me was the noise of nearby construction work, which appears to be a significant project and so likely to affect other rentals in 2016. Loud drilling and other noises begun at 7.30am on weekdays which was quite annoying for me.
Without this construction work the rental would have been ideal, however, feel that as a courtesy this should have been notified.Vil du anbefale denne ejendom til en ven? Ja
The Nice Port flat was the perfect property for our stay in Nice. The property was perfectly located near the harbor with beautiful views. We loved opening the window as we sat at the table sipping wine and looking out at the view. Our family of 5 was had more than enough space and everything we needed for our stay. The property was an easy walk to restaurants and to bus for access to museums and sites. We look forward to returning.

Appartement très agréable, très bien situé et très bien équipé. Il manque peut être pour certains, une télévision.

La collocazione della casa è veramente eccezionale, in quanto si trova a 5 minuti dalla promenade, dal centro, dalla spiaggia e a 15 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria. L'appartamento è ben strutturato e rispecchia le immagini, le 3 camere sono vivibili (quella con i letti separati diventa tranquillamente una terza matrimoniale unendo i materassi), i due bagni sono ben sfruttati e in cucina si mangia in 6 senza problemi (lavatrice e lavastoviglie sono rispettivamente in cucina e ripostiglio).
Le uniche pecche che abbiamo riscontrato riguardano il frigo: nella casa sono presenti un frigo (piccolino, quasi da campeggio) e un freezer delle stesse dimensioni: il problema è che il freezer è situato di fianco al forno e sotto i fornelli elettrici, quindi non raffredda molto...
ben fornita per quanto riguarda stoviglie e pentole. Davvero ottima!!
p.s. 90€ per la pulizia dell'alloggio sono un pò eccessivi,soprattutto x delle pulizie "alla francese"...io allergica alla polvere ho dovuto dare un'aspirata a tutta la casa,nonostante il pavimento fosse ancora bagnato dalle pulizie quando siamo entrati in casa.Vil du anbefale denne ejendom til en ven? Super uge for 2.gang i denne skønne lejlighed. Der er ikke air con eller ventilatorer, så sommeren er meget varm i lejligheden. Fin rengøringsstandard og veludstyret køkken. Vi kommer igen!!

5 friends (1 couple and 3 singletons) went away for a long weekend to Nice and this appartment completely suited our needs and was good for the price paid. In fact id find it hard to fault, however, if i was being particularly picky, two issues spring to mind. one was the noise, although this isn’t totally in the apartment owners control. The other thing was the bed linen.
This apartment, much like many others in the area could do with some maintenance to the windows, rotten timber and not much putty left. No double glazing and high buildings either side meant that any noise from the streets was amplified. It didnt really bother us too much though.
There wasnt enough bed linen left out and what was left out was a little odd. All singles despite 2 double beds. Could do with new pillows as those left out werent the cleanest looking.
The apartment itself was really well maintained though and was very comfortable with a nice view from the small dining area in the kitchen across the harbour if you stood on your tip toes due to a tree blighting the view slightly.
It was a great location for us although it was a good 25 minute walk to the Jardin Albert/promenade des Anglais so if youre not into walking you may want to stay closer to the new town. The apartment was close to the old town and this was more our cup of tea.
Id give it 8.5 out of 10 and would stay again. Id give EasyReserve 9 out of 10 and would defo use them again. Their staff couldnt have been more helpful in particular Sanneke, Abby and Lucy.Vil du anbefale denne ejendom til en ven? Ja
