It's a non-smoker apartment and it's situated on the second floor.
There is a school nearby, so you can hear children playing when the windows are open.
And for the moment there are some construction work going on nearby, that also makes some noice.

The apartment is perfectly located. Nice stroll to the beach and centre of Nice, yet located in a quieter part of Nice. The apartment is nicely decorated, modern, and typically French.
Only a few small issues for me. The owner of the apartment had left a number of personal items in cupboards and closets, not an issue in itself but did make me nervous incase any subsequent claims of damage / loss were made against me.
Second issue for me was the noise of nearby construction work, which appears to be a significant project and so likely to affect other rentals in 2016. Loud drilling and other noises begun at 7.30am on weekdays which was quite annoying for me.
Without this construction work the rental would have been ideal, however, feel that as a courtesy this should have been notified.¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo? Sí
The Nice Port flat was the perfect property for our stay in Nice. The property was perfectly located near the harbor with beautiful views. We loved opening the window as we sat at the table sipping wine and looking out at the view. Our family of 5 was had more than enough space and everything we needed for our stay. The property was an easy walk to restaurants and to bus for access to museums and sites. We look forward to returning.
