Ground floor: Living room with TV (new 55 inch flat screen tv with free Netflix - 600 movies and series included), open dining room and open fully equipped kitchen with access to another terrace with large gas grill and sea views, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.
Private outdoor area: Mandatory weekly cleaning on saturday.
The property is situated on the hills of Theoule sur Mer, so the grounds are divided in several levels with terraces and the pool, all with a wonderful sea views.
Sun on terraces: Roof terrace from 7AM - 4PM, Side terrasse from 1PM - 7PM, front terrace 7AM - 3PM, pool area from 10AM - 6PM.
