The villa has 2 floors with a roof terrace and the grounds consist of several levels. The entrance is in the level with the roof-terrace. The ground level with the living room has access to another terrace and from this level some steps leads down to the 8 x 4 swimming pool. This villa is fully equipped with everything you need and is suitable for 6 adults with children. The property has private parking for one car.
Distances: The distance to sandy beaches and Theoule sur Mer town is 15 minutes' walk. From Nice airport the distance is 40 km, from Cannes: 13 km, from Marseille: 175 km, from Gorges du Verdon: 100 km, from St. Tropez: 85 km and from Aix en Provence it's 150 km. All in all, a unique property with a great location.

1st floor: 2 double bed rooms, 1 room with a double sofa bed with access to the terrace with views, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, a small kitchen.
Ground floor: Living room with TV (new 55 inch flat screen tv with free Netflix - 600 movies and series included), open dining room and open fully equipped kitchen with access to another terrace with large gas grill and sea views, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.
Private outdoor area: Mandatory weekly cleaning on saturday.
The property is situated on the hills of Theoule sur Mer, so the grounds are divided in several levels with terraces and the pool, all with a wonderful sea views.
Sun on terraces: Roof terrace from 7AM - 4PM, Side terrasse from 1PM - 7PM, front terrace 7AM - 3PM, pool area from 10AM - 6PM.
