We were very pleased with the apartment in Nice. It is true to the pictures on the site. It was a joy to walk into the living space and see the Mediterranean Sea every morning. Very comfortable. American kitchen with everything that you need. The balcony is very large and enjoyable for meals. There is a Boulangerie close by and a small convenience store. Bus to Old Nice is close by. The manager was very helpful. Very secure apartment. Might be tight for six. Look into it.
Très bien, bon rapport qualité- prix. Immeuble neuf, bien entretenu. Conforme aux photos. Cuisine - toute équipée et neuve. Salle de bain - très bien.Chambre à coucher exigé, trop de meubles inutiles. Le plus serait un parking dans la résidence; mais places gratuites 2 rues plus loin. Seul bémol l'alèse et les coussins nus n'étaient pas propres ...Propriétaire - clés remises heures souhaitées et appartement bien tenu. 10 minutes à pieds du vieux Nice et du port. Quartier calme, commerces proximités.
