This apartment is suitable for vacation but also for congresses as MIPIM, MIPCOM, MIPTV, MIDEM, LIONS, Tax-free or the filmfestival in Cannes, because it's located in an area only 4 km's from the center of Cannes with good bus connections. From the terrace you have a beautiful view on the swimming pool with the mountains in the back. There is a supermarket, and other shops very close to the apartment. The beach in Cannes is at only 3,5 km. If you wish to have a vacation where you can go skiing some days and enjoy the sun on other days this area is also perfect. It takes about 2 hours to drive to one of the most popular ski resorts in the south of France, Isola 2000.
Distances: Cannes center: 4 km, Le Cannet center: 3 km, Nice airport: 25 km, Nice center: 30 km, Marseille: 180 km , Gorges des Verdons: 105 km, Aix en Provence 150 km and Isola 2000: 110 km.
