A very nice apartment and terrace in modern style and with all the expected conviniencies.
Located in a nice local area close to the beach and only a 8 min. ride on the local bus to The Croissette.
En god oplevelse,både ang leje af lejligheden,men også ved den personlige kontakt til ejer. Vi fik en fantastisk service omkring de praktiske foranstaltninger,og alt fungerede som det skulle. Lejligheden ligger godt placeret og er charmerende oh hyggeligt,der mangler intet. Det eneste minus,er at gaden er lukket af en byggeplads til tramway.

A good experience regarding rental of the apartment and contact with the owner. We got a fantastic service for all the practical information and everything went just fine. The apartment is well located and is charming and cosy. Everything is there. The only disadvantage is that the street is closed because of the building of a new tramway.
Huset, det's beliggenhed, udsigten og byen Cotignac, er ikke mindre end uovertruffen. Efter andet besøg i dette hus, kan vi kun give det vores bedste anbefalinger. Alt har fungeret perfekt, både i huset, med også bestilling igennem Easy Reserve. Dog skal man være opmærksom på, at man ikke kan køre op til huset, men skal gå via ujævnt terræn ca. 150 m. nemmest fra p. plads, bag ved kirkegården.
We truly enjoyed or stay at Le Lagon. The living area is spacious and there is an American kitchen. The kitchen has all the commodities to make some meals. There is a very nice balcony with an amazing view. The building is very safe and it is nice to have indoor parking and an elevator. Bus stop is close by and there are a few stores and restaurants walking distance. We had a great stay and wonderful memories.
Eine schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse.
Leider war der Pool in unserer Zeit nicht nutzbar, jedoch ist der Strand nur 10-15 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Für den Kies-Strand empfehlen wir Badeschuhe einzupacken.
In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte, Bäcker, Cafes Restaurants, Bistros.
Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Bus sehr gut zu erreichen, so dass man auch mal das Auto im Urlaub stehen lassen kann. Auch andere Städte sind mit dem Bus oder der Bahn sehr günstig zu erreichen. Nizza hat eine sehr schöne Altstadt mit tollen Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
