On the upper floor, an open interconnecting room with sloping ceilings and a flat screen television leads to the children's bedroom, which also features sloping ceilings and is furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 190 cm and 2 bunk beds each measuring 90 cm by 190 cm. The west-facing roofed terrace of 9 square metres offers pleasant views of the garden and the surrounding countryside, and is furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs.

An electric barbecue is available on the terrace for outdoor dining. Entertainment is provided across all rooms through multiple flat screen televisions. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
