The apartment features a large south-east facing roofed terrace of 20 m2, complete with terrace furniture and offering beautiful views of the sea and the port.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
