The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and is configured with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, offering a well-balanced and thoughtfully designed living space. The living and dining area features 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a flat-screen television, and opens directly onto the terrace. The bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the terrace. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. The apartment features a large south-east facing roofed terrace of 20 m2, complete with terrace furniture and offering beautiful views of the sea and the port.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen is outfitted with 4 hot plates, a mini-oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
