This room opens directly onto a balcony. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and equipped with a fan. The kitchen on this level is fully equipped and opens onto a terrace. The bathroom on this floor features a shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin.

On the lower ground floor, a second living and dining room is available, also featuring a folding bed measuring 90 cm by 190 cm, a flat-screen television, and a fan. This space opens onto both the garden and the terrace. There are 2 additional bedrooms on this floor, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and a fan. An open kitchen with a dining nook serves this level as well. The bathroom on the lower ground floor mirrors the upper level, with a shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin.
