We are really just in the center of Cannes, with all the restaurants, cafés and shops. The distance to Nice airport: is 25 km, to Nice center: 30 km, to Marseille: 180 km, to Gorges du Verdon: 90 km, to St. Tropez: 85 km and to Aix en Provence it's 150 km.
