Logement assez bon marché pour Bormes-les-Mimosas... mais qui dissimule une volonté à peine voilée de faire de l’argent à peu de frais : équipement réduit au strict minimum et directement livré du vide-greniers du coin (infâme - du point de vue esthétique comme du point de vue confort - fauteuil des années 70’, matelas en fin de vie, plaques de cuisson d’un autre âge difficiles à utiliser...), rénovation du logement au rabais (porte de la salle de bain qui frotte par terre - bonjour le bruit la nuit si tu vas aux toilettes ! - au point d’avoir cassé le carrelage, paroi de douche mal fixée et trop basse, sol qui gondole...)...
Bref, si l’emplacement au cœur du village est plutôt plaisant, reste le sentiment d’une absence totale du sens de l’accueil de touristes de la part du/de la propriétaire.
Bon à savoir si toutefois le prix vous importe plus que le confort et que vous réservez le logement :
- il est inaccessible en voiture (rue piétonne), il faut se garer en périphérie. Inadapté donc pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à marcher
- les voisins sont adorables (et cela compense un peu la faiblesse de l’accueil côté propriétaire) !
- il est situé dans une petite cour accessible par une "traverse" (ruelle) et n’a donc aucune vue et pas accès au soleil. Agréable l’été, ce peut être tristoune à une autre saison...
