Adjacent to the living room, a dining room of 25 m2 is equipped with a dining table and also opens onto the terrace, making it ideal for al fresco dining. The first bedroom on this floor features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a flat screen television. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level, fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a microwave, and a freezer. A shower room with WC serves the guests on this floor.

Accessible via a steep staircase, the lower ground floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms.
