Adjacent to the living space, a fully equipped open kitchen features a bar area and connects seamlessly to the main living zone. A dedicated room on this floor offers a French bed measuring 160 cm, with its own private bathroom featuring a bath, shower, and double hand-basin, as well as direct access to the garden. A separate WC is also available on this level. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are each fitted with 2 single beds and a private shower room, with a further separate WC serving this floor.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
