Nestled within the charming residence known as "Les Demeures du Ventoux," this 3-room terraced house extends across approximately 45 m2 spread over 2 levels, welcoming a maximum capacity of 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the ground floor, a bright and versatile living and sleeping area is furnished with 1 double sofabed, a dining table, and a television, creating a comfortable and functional space for relaxation and dining. An adjoining kitchenette completes this level, offering everything needed for self-catering stays. The upper floor hosts 2 dedicated sleeping rooms: the first features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, while the second is equipped with 2 single beds of 80 cm each. Please be aware that in some cases, one of the bedrooms may be located on the ground floor rather than the upper level. The single bathroom, fitted with both a bath and WC as well as a shower and WC, serves all guests throughout the property. A private terrace, furnished with outdoor seating, extends the living space outdoors and provides a pleasant setting to enjoy the surrounding environment.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
