"Côté Place" is a charming 3-room terraced house offering 60 m2 of thoughtfully arranged living space across 2 levels, renovated in 2008 with beautiful and cosy furnishings throughout. The property comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it an ideal vacation rental for small families or groups. On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room complete with a dining table, as well as a small but well-equipped kitchen fitted with a small dining table. A shower room with WC is also located on this level. On the upper floor, the first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second, smaller bedroom is furnished with 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing a practical sleeping solution for younger guests. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
