The living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, featuring a dining table and a direct exit onto the private terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The first bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making them well suited for families or groups. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A south-facing and east-facing terrace of 15 m2 extends the living space outdoors, furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs, and set within a generous garden of 800 m2. The apartment enjoys a beautiful view of the sea.
Amenities Included
The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Climate control is provided throughout, with air conditioning available in the living and dining room as well as in each of the 3 bedrooms, while electric heating ensures warmth during cooler periods. The kitchen is outfitted with a dishwasher and a microwave in addition to the full range of cooking appliances. A washing machine is available on the premises, along with an iron and a hair dryer for added convenience. The apartment features a television in the living and dining area for entertainment. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 1 dog permitted during the stay. Complimentary WiFi internet access is provided throughout the property. A smoke alarm is installed for the safety and security of all guests.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental and must be arranged independently by guests. Parking is available on site within a fenced area accommodating up to 2 cars. Guests are kindly reminded that a maximum of 1 pet, specifically a dog, is permitted per stay.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
