The property was fully renovated in 2014 and features thoughtfully selected furnishings throughout. On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room is equipped with a dining table and provides direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and connects seamlessly to the rest of the ground floor. Also on this level, 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and both rooms benefit from individual air conditioning units and direct access to the terrace. The ground floor also includes a shower room, a shower with WC, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin, accounting for a total of 3 bathrooms across the property. On the upper floor, an open gallery features 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with access to the terrace. A further bedroom on this level is furnished with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 additional french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a shower with WC. This upper-floor bedroom also benefits from air conditioning. The property offers a total of 3 bedrooms, though it is important to note that some sleeping areas, such as the open gallery, are located in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed rooms. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
