A fully equipped kitchen with a dedicated dining table is also located on this level. The ground floor bathroom offers both a bath and shower, accompanied by a separate WC. On the upper floor, all 3 remaining bedrooms feature characteristic sloping ceilings. 1 of these rooms is appointed with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the remaining 2 rooms each contain 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor is served by a shower room with a separate WC. Throughout the property, elegant parquet floors add a refined and warm character to every room. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
