"Serapias" is a 5-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering approximately 150 m2 of comfortable and thoughtfully furnished living space for a maximum of 9 guests. The property features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed across the ground floor and upper floor to ensure privacy and convenience for all guests.

On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is furnished with a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed and offers a private exit to the garden. The second bedroom contains 2 beds and also opens directly onto the garden. The third bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm, a private bathroom with bath and WC, and its own exit to the garden. A fully equipped open kitchen is also located on this level, along with an additional shower room and a separate WC.

On the upper floor, the fourth bedroom accommodates 2 beds and 1 sofabed, includes a private shower, and provides access to the garden. Please note that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use.
