"Solena" is a beautifully appointed 6-room vacation rental spanning 250 m2 across 2 levels, designed to accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the property welcomes you with a spacious and tastefully furnished living room featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a television, with direct access to the terrace. An open dining room with a dining table also provides access to the terrace, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a small dining table, likewise opens onto the terrace. Also on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms are available: the first is fitted with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm and includes a shower with direct access to the garden, while the second features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm and is served by a bathroom with a bath, shower, and WC, also with access to the garden. A separate WC completes the ground floor. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm and a shower, with both rooms offering access to the terrace. A separate WC is also available on this level. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use, and one floor will not be accessible.
