The living room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), a dining table, satellite TV, DVD player, and air conditioning. There are three exits leading to the terrace, one from the living room, one from the open small living room, and another from the small living room. The property includes two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 cm) and a bath/WC, with access to the terrace. A gallery with sloping ceilings offers another bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a shower, and air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complete with air conditioning. There is also a separate WC. On the upper floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning.

The property is equipped with electric and gas heating to keep you comfortable during your vacation. You can enjoy your meals or relax on the 50 square meter terrace or the 10 square meter porch, furnished with terrace furniture and offering a view of the garden. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
