The property features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across both floors to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining room is bathed in natural light and features tasteful furnishings, a dining table, a television, and an open-hearth fireplace intended purely for decorative purposes. This convivial space opens directly onto the terrace. Adjacent to the living area, 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm and also benefits from direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen likewise opens onto the terrace and is fitted with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room and a separate WC complete the ground floor facilities.

The upper floor hosts the remaining 3 bedrooms, all featuring characteristic sloping ceilings that lend the space a warm and intimate atmosphere. 1 bedroom contains 2 beds of 80 cm each, while the other 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 2 beds as well. A bathroom and a separate WC serve the upper floor.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
