This convivial space opens directly onto the terrace. Adjacent to the living area, 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm and also benefits from direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen likewise opens onto the terrace and is fitted with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room and a separate WC complete the ground floor facilities.
