This vacation rental is a 1-room studio of 22 square metres situated on the 3rd floor, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests within 1 bedroom space and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is bright, comfortable, and cosily furnished, featuring 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, alongside a flat screen TV. From this space, you have direct access to a covered balcony with a view of the sea. The entrance hall is equipped with 2 wall-trunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making excellent use of the available space. The kitchenette is well-appointed with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Please be aware that capsules for the Expresso coffee machine are available at an extra charge, and the fridge does not include a freezer. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC.

The studio is fully equipped with air conditioning and electric heating to ensure your comfort throughout the seasons. A washing machine is available for your convenience during longer stays. The flat screen television is included, though please note that TV channels are available in French only. A microwave is part of the kitchenette setup, complementing the other cooking appliances at your disposal. Pets are welcome in this property, with a maximum of 1 small pet or dog permitted. Internet access via WiFi is provided free of charge, keeping you connected throughout your stay. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
