You will be staying in a cozy 1-room studio apartment that measures 32 square meters and is located on the 1st floor. The studio is suitable for accommodating up to 2 adults and 2 children. It underwent a full renovation in 2020, ensuring a fresh and modern atmosphere. The living/dining area features a double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. This space is equipped with electric heating, air conditioning, and electric shutters for your comfort. There is also an exit leading to the terrace. Additionally, there is a children's room without a window, furnished with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm).

Amenities Included
The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the coffee machine (SENSEO) are provided as an extra. The bathroom features a shower and a separate toilet. Air conditioning is available throughout the unit for your comfort during your vacation.
