From the living area, you have direct access to a roofed terrace of 8 m2, oriented in a south-east facing position and furnished with terrace furniture, from which you can enjoy a partial distant view of the sea. The kitchenette is fully integrated into the studio and features 2 hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom is a shower and WC unit.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
