Adjacent to the living area, the open kitchen is fully equipped for all culinary needs. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a private shower. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are each furnished with a French bed of the same dimensions, 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and share access to a bathroom complete with a double hand-basin and a separate WC, as well as a balcony exit. A fourth bedroom, also on the upper floor, features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a private shower, a double hand-basin, and its own exit to the balcony. The property further benefits from a generous 30 m² terrace equipped with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering a pleasant view of the swimming pool.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
