Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a private shower. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are each furnished with a French bed of the same dimensions, 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and share access to a bathroom complete with a double hand-basin and a separate WC, as well as a balcony exit. A fourth bedroom, also on the upper floor, features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a private shower, a double hand-basin, and its own exit to the balcony. The property further benefits from a generous 30 m² terrace equipped with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering a pleasant view of the swimming pool.
