On the ground floor, the living and dining area is bright and elegantly furnished, offering a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, perfect for additional guests. This space opens directly onto a 15 m2 terrace and a 20 m2 patio, both furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, and offering a beautiful view of the sea. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. A separate WC is also located on this floor.

On the upper floor, the property offers 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom faces west with a window onto the courtyard and contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom benefits from both south and east facing positions, features a dressing room, and is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This bedroom also has its own air conditioning unit and is served by a bathroom. A shower with WC completes the upper floor bathroom facilities.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
