A sleeping alcove completes the sleeping arrangements, featuring 1 set of bunk beds with 2 berths, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a separate WC. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with 3 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The terrace, spanning 24 m2, is furnished with terrace furniture and provides a remarkable panoramic sea view.

The apartment is fully equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. In the kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, a microwave, 3 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please be aware that capsules for the NESPRESSO coffee machine are available at an extra charge. For your laundry needs, a washing machine and an iron are provided. Entertainment is catered for with a flat-screen television in the living room. Pets are welcome in this property, with a maximum of 1 small pet or dog permitted. Internet access via WiFi is available at an extra charge.

This property is offered by a commercial proprietor in accordance with Art. 155, IV, CGI. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers only, and smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises. A smoke alarm is installed for the safety of all guests. A dedicated parking space, referenced as number 065 and suitable for 1 car, is available directly at the property. As noted above, WiFi internet access and NESPRESSO coffee machine capsules are available at an additional cost.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
