Sehr schöne Lage. Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist klein. Schlafzimmer sehr eng.
Möbel sind OK. Allerdings die Türen, Fenster in einem sehr schlechtem Zustand. Kaum die Tür aufgekommen. Die Balkontür katastrophal. Steckdosen im Schlafzimmer hängen halb raus. Im Wohnzimmer blättert die Decke stellenweise ab, Küche und Badezimmer auch. Der Garten ist ungepflegt. Um die Mülltonnen kümmert sich niemand. In der Küche die Dunstabzugshaube ist mehr schlecht als recht befestigt. Keine deutschen Sender im TV zu empfangen. Infomappe vom Verwalter sehr dürftig.Would you recommend this property to a friend?
