The studio counts 1 bathroom, configured as a combined bath and WC. A small, open kitchen is integrated into the living space and is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The studio also benefits from direct access to a south-west facing terrace of 6 m2, which is furnished with terrace furniture and offers a very beautiful view of the sea.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
