Also on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms are available, each furnished with 1 bed measuring 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length. An open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, and includes a dining table with a direct exit to the garden. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor accommodation.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The upper floor also features a bathroom with a double hand-basin, accessible directly from the bedrooms, as well as a separate WC. A balcony can be accessed from the upper level, offering a pleasant outdoor retreat.
