The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a private shower room, and direct access to the garden. A second, larger bedroom also on the ground floor offers 1 french bed of the same dimensions (140 cm x 190 cm), a full bath, shower, and WC, with its own exit to the terrace. The kitchen and living area is fitted with a bar and provides access to both the garden and the terrace. A separate WC completes the ground floor arrangement. On the upper floor, accessible via an open staircase, a living and sleeping room with a rooflight contains 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm x 190 cm. A third bedroom on this floor features 1 french bed (140 cm x 190 cm), while a fourth bedroom, also with a rooflight, is furnished with 1 french bed of identical dimensions (140 cm x 190 cm). A shower room with WC serves the upper floor.
