On the main level, the large living and dining room provides a welcoming communal space equipped with a flat screen TV and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchenette on this floor includes an oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The first bedroom on this floor features 1 bunk bed with dimensions of 90 cm by 190 cm alongside 1 French bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm, and benefits from air conditioning. A second bedroom on this level is fitted with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm by 200 cm, also with air conditioning. A shower room and a separate WC complete the facilities on this floor.

On the lower ground floor, a walk-through room is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm and is equipped with air conditioning. An additional bedroom on this level contains 2 beds each measuring 80 cm by 190 cm, also with air conditioning. A combined shower room and WC serves this floor. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
