The dining room extends over 30 m2 and also opens onto the terrace, while the fully equipped kitchen of 60 m2 includes a dining table and its own exit to the terrace. A separate WC completes the ground floor.

On the upper floor, the 6 bedrooms are arranged as follows. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 1 x 180 cm with a length of 200 cm, accompanied by a separate WC and a bath with shower. The second bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 1 x 160 cm with a length of 200 cm and a shower. The third bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 1 x 180 cm with a length of 200 cm and a shower. The fourth bedroom contains 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm and a shower. The fifth bedroom also features 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, with a combined shower and WC.
