On the ground floor, a generous living and dining area of 70 m2 spans 2 levels and features a double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace, and a satellite flat screen television, along with a radio and hi-fi system. Direct access from this space leads out to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchenette is also situated on this level and includes 2 hot plates, an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, and a flat screen TV. A separate WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is furnished with a french bed and benefits from a private bathroom equipped with a bath, bidet, and WC. The second bedroom also features a french bed, while the third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds. A shower room with a separate WC serves the remaining bedrooms on this floor.
