Adjacent to the living area, a fully equipped kitchenette is fitted with 2 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, and a flat-screen television. A separate WC completes the ground floor. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is furnished with a French bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC.
