Adjacent to the living area, the kitchen is fitted with an oven and a dining table, and also opens onto the terrace. The single shower room with WC completes the layout on this level. Electric heating is available throughout the property, ensuring a warm and comfortable atmosphere across both floors.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
