The single bedroom area is defined by a curtain partition and is furnished with 1 bunk bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed composed of 2 mattresses each measuring 78 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for all guests. The studio includes 1 bathroom fitted with a bath and WC. A large terrace of 30 m2, partly roofed and oriented in a north-west facing position, extends the living space outdoors and is accessible directly from the interior, providing a generous area for relaxation and outdoor dining.

The studio is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The open kitchen features 4 hot plates, a mini-oven, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with Senséo capsules available as an extra. The living and dining area is furnished with a flat screen television, though please be aware that TV reception is available in French only. Outdoor living is enhanced by terrace furniture and an electric barbecue, perfect for al fresco meals on the spacious terrace. Electric heating is available throughout the studio to ensure warmth and comfort during cooler periods. A smoke alarm is installed for the safety of all guests.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
