From this room, you have direct access to a 15 m2 terrace that is partly roofed and positioned with a south-west facing orientation, affording a view of the sea. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, making it an inviting space for relaxation. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. Please note that access to the building is via steps.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
