The kitchenette is thoughtfully appointed with a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, and a combination microwave. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
