From this level, you have direct access to a roofed terrace of 10 m2 with a west-facing orientation, complete with terrace furniture and a very beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a hatch and includes 2 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a freezer. A shower and WC are also located on this level. The upper floor features an open gallery with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, bringing the total to 1 dedicated sleeping level. The apartment offers 1 bathroom in the form of the shower and WC unit. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as the gallery described above.
