The bathroom is a shower and WC. From the studio, you have direct access to a large private terrace of 40 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, offering a side view of the sea and the garden.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
