The spacious living/dining area has been partially renovated in 2021 and features comfortable and beautiful furnishings, including a double sofa bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). You can enjoy watching TV on the flat-screen television, stay cool with the air conditioning and fan, and control the natural light with electric shutters.

The unit is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. The open kitchen area is fully functional, featuring 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. You can freshen up in the shower/WC bathroom. Electric heating is available to keep you warm during cooler months. Outside, you can enjoy the large 40 square meter terrace, complete with terrace furniture and deck chairs (2). From the terrace, you can take in the side view of the sea and the garden.

For added convenience, the unit provides a washing machine and iron. Internet access (WiFi) is available for an extra fee. You will also have access to reserved parking at the house. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
