The studio was partly renovated in 2021 and is presented with comfortable and beautiful furnishings throughout. A direct exit leads to a large private terrace of 40 m2, which is equipped with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, offering a side view of the sea and the garden.

The studio is equipped with air conditioning and a fan to ensure a pleasant atmosphere during warmer months, while electric heating provides warmth during cooler periods. A flat screen television is available for entertainment. The open kitchen is well appointed with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, catering to all everyday culinary needs. A washing machine and an iron are also available for guests' convenience. The property additionally features electric shutters throughout and a smoke alarm for added safety. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
